Summary: The Otter Lodge was perfect for our family stay. If you are looking for a place to stay and it's your first time looking to rent a place, then this one is for you. He sets the standard for vacation rentals in terms of communication, organization, and the house.

Summary: This is our second year at this property. It works for our family because of the amazing deck and all of the amenities at the dock. We love the location on the quiet lake.

Summary: We arrived on a snowy evening, it was lovely and super quiet. Unloaded truck parked right by from door so very simple, no lugging and not trekking through fresh snow. Following morning I texted PM and plow truck came right away to do the drive. Views were amazing and very private. We ice fished, hiked, x-country skiing, napped, cooked, played games, made fires in/outdoors, and enjoyed a glorious winter getaway. Our two small dogs loved it. All accommodations functioned as they should.

Summary: Well located on the Chain of Lakes. There was a lot to do on the property and in the area. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so we spent more time inside than we wanted. We didn’t get to make use of the water “toys” the owner made available to us. Fortunately, there is a game room. There were eight senior adults in our party. There were only 3 usable bedrooms, not counting a loft area which was hard to access. We improvised by using two blow up mattresses which we placed in the game room. There were a lot of steps to the lake and we couldn’t figure out how to get the local channels on the TV. The lighting wasn’t very bright in some of the rooms. The kitchen area was great. With all that, we all agreed that this property was well worth what we paid.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otter Lake and would for sure come back for a return trip. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (age range from 4-8). Otter Lake was the perfect setting for kids this age just learning water sports and activities. Kevin, the owner, was very attentive to our questions/needs and made the process seamless. The house was stunning with perfect outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had an amazing week. Loved the house, the deck, and the lake was calm and peaceful. Great property, had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. Had both a gas and charcoal grill. All the comforts of home. The owner Kevin was very friendly and helpful!

Summary: We loved our time here! The kitchen was perfect to cook for a large group. Kayaking on the lake was very fun and peaceful. We enjoyed the many gathering areas of the property and the open concept was nice to allow for cooking at the same time as entertaining. Plenty of nice beds with nice bedding!
